Willow is the CEO of FUSE Network, driven by a deep commitment to social justice, community wealth building, and a more inclusive economy. She is passionate about supporting the supporters, the people and organisations working to strengthen Norfolk’s communities, and leads FUSE as a hub for connection, development and practical action. Willow loves working at the intersection of innovation and grassroots change, and believes in the bold potential of social enterprise to create lasting impact.
Tom Gaskin

Tom Gaskin is the founder and CEO of The Shoebox Enterprises, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering people to connect with their communities and lead fulfilling lives. With over 20 years of experience in youth work, social care, housing, and the voluntary sector, Tom’s work is driven by a passion for innovation, equality, and lifelong learning.

Richard Turner
Board Associate
Richard is a corporate solicitor specialising in advising clients on corporate transactions, reorganisations as well as corporate governance and structure. Richard has been involved in numerous acquisitions, mergers and disposals acting for vendors, buyers and other institutions. Richard also regularly works on a wide variety of other complex corporate matters, including shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, reorganisations and partnerships.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his young family and, when time permits, he enjoys getting out cycling and running in the Norfolk countryside.

Mark is a technology leader and strategic consultant with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-value solutions for global organizations, including Barclays, UBS, Cisco, and the DWP. He combines technical expertise with commercial strategy, governance insight, and a commitment to community impact. Mark has served on the Board of Solo Housing and brings a unique perspective shaped by his career in both corporate leadership and social responsibility. He also holds an MBA and a Level 7 Diploma in Consultancy, giving him a strong foundation in strategic management and organizational transformation.
