Rippleacts is a social enterprise supporting long-term unemployed people in Norfolk through qualified coaching, mentoring and practical work experience projects.

We deliver renowned cognitive-behavioural group coaching courses with certified and experienced life coaches, helping people to improve their wellbeing and self-confidence. We also run practical work experience projects pro bono for other local non-profit organisations, creating "ripple impact" by empowering and upskilling our participants while supporting a good cause.

We offer a variety of coaching and training services to businesses and organisations looking to support their employees with their wellbeing, self-confidence and clarity. Our coaching offer can be delivered both face-to-face in Norfolk, and/or digital or hybrid. We are also in the process of developing trainings on mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace, co-designed and -delivered with our participants.

Our beautiful coaching venue at Carrow House, 301 King Street which provides space for up to 10-15 attendees, is for hire for meetings & trainings. Concession rates for non-profit organisations available.
