Reflect Productions GY CIC is a Norfolk-based social enterprise using the power of theatre to spark conversations, challenge stigma and support emotional well-being. Our latest touring production, Matt – A Piece of Art, is a compelling mental health theatre project rooted in lived experience, designed to engage, educate and empower communities across East Anglia.

Through performances, workshops and community engagement, we create safe spaces for people—especially young people and those in rural or underserved areas—to explore issues like depression, resilience and hope. As a Community Interest Company, we’re passionate about making the arts accessible and meaningful and we reinvest profits into expanding access to creative support.
