Rippleacts is a social enterprise supporting long-term unemployed people in Norfolk through coaching, mentoring and practical projects. We deliver renowned cognitive-behavioural group coaching courses, helping our participants to improve their self-confidence and wellbeing. We also run practical work experience projects for local non-profit organisations, creating “ripple impact” by empowering and upskilling our participants while supporting another good cause.
We offer a variety of coaching and training courses to businesses and organisations looking to support their employees with their wellbeing, self-confidence and clarity. We are in the process of developing trainings on mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace, co-designed with our participants.
Our lovely coaching room at Carrow House on King Street is for hire for meetings and trainings; with concession rates available for non-profit organisations.
