We are pleased to present FUSE Network’s first Social Impact Report, covering January 2024 to March 2025, a period of significant growth and development for both our organisation and Norfolk’s social enterprise sector.
Over the 15 months covered in this report, FUSE Network has expanded its reach and deepened its impact. During this time, we supported the registration of 12 new social enterprises, delivered 45 workshops and networking events, provided over 100 tailored one-to-one support sessions, and helped secure more than £350,000 in funding for the sector. These achievements reflect the dedication and innovation within Norfolk’s social enterprise community.
Our work continues to focus on supporting social enterprises at every stage, helping new ventures get established, strengthening and scaling existing organisations, and fostering collaboration and connection across Norfolk’s social enterprise community through our expanding network and membership.
At a time when funding for social enterprise infrastructure is tightening locally and nationally, even as demand grows with organisations facing an increasingly challenging landscape, ongoing support from partners, funders, and the wider community is essential to sustain and grow this work.
